With an admission ticket to the 50th Anniversary Flower and Dream Exhibition, you can enjoy both Tokyo City View (observation deck) and the exhibition.

*Please note that with only the Tokyo City View admission ticket there are areas of the exhibition that you cannot enter. If you purchase an additional ticket at the venue, you can then enter all areas.
